The U.S. is yet to come out clear of its ways and means of counter-terrorist procedures. Much of these activities are mired by subversion, most of which lead to deaths of innocent lives in the society. The U.S. has been in a silent experience and practice of the cold war in most of its activities of countering terrorism. Nonetheless, nothing can be thought to come out so perfect that it takes no initiative to pose its side effects. In the U.S.'s perceptions of other communities, many scales have to exist in order to monitor the longevities at which every case come is executed when dealing with counter-terrorism activities. Most of these activities and procedures have seen display of subversive activities and exploitation of weaknesses among individuals. Most of these individuals are members of the Muslim communities.
